Thank you for your interest in Kids Academy Nursery. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we have converted our facilities’ tours to virtual ones during the day and physical ones after working hours, so depending on your preference you can book your preferred tour type for you and your family.

We invite all of our prospective families to begin their enrollment process by scheduling your family tour that can be either be accessed through the link provided by us if virtual or led by our dedicated team if physical.

    Registration Process

    Step 1: Book Your Tour

    To book a tour of our nursery facilities please either call the nursery directly or complete the form on this page. The Nursery Manager will contact you with the requested information and to schedule your preferred appointment time. During the tour you will receive more information about our lovely nursery as well as the required registration forms.

    Step 2: Decide on your preferred Attendance Schedule

    We offer the following attendance options:

    • 2 days
    • 3 days
    • 5 days – full week (Mon – Fri)

    Flexible timings:

    • 07:00 to 14:00
    • 07:00 to 15:00
    • 07:00 to 16:30

    Step 3: Complete the Registration Form

    At the end of your guided tour you will receive the Registration Form. This form contains personal information required by us and the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK). Please complete all the required information.

    Step 3: Complete the Terms and Conditions Form

    You will also receive the Terms and Conditions Form. This form explains the nursery’s enrollment Terms and Conditions. Please read it carefully, sign and submit the form along with the registration form.

    Step 4: Required Documents

    To complete your child’s registration at Kids Academy Nursery we require the following documents to be completed and provided:

    • Registration Form
    • Terms & Conditions
    • Copy of child’s birth certificate
    • Copy of child’s and father’s passport and visa
    • Copy of child’s and both parent’s Emirates ID’s
    • Copy of your child’s immunisation record
    • Two passport photos of your child
    • Passport photos of mother, father and nanny (if required)
    • Registration fee of AED1,500.00

    To register at Kids Academy Nursery your child must be older than 6 weeks and younger than 4 years old on or before the beginning of the academic year.

    Your child’s place (subject to availability) can only be confirmed once we have received the signed Registration Form, the Terms and Conditions Form, the Registration Fees, as well as all the supporting documents.
